Early Life

Cecil has a flair for dramatic and a taste for blood. He was once kidnapped by gangsters and had to be rescued by Juno Steel, but not before he lost one of his arms, which was replaced by a high-tech prosthetic. He runs and owns all of the footage from one of Hyperion City's local prisons, Hoosegow, as well as developing and starring in other stream blockbusters produced by Kanagawa family, such as Colosseum 2: We give Lion Gun and You won't Believe What happen Next. In the updated version of the episode, Cecil enjoys collecting and putting to use various ancient torture devices. He also owns a makeup-and perfume line.

As mayor, Pereyra was notoriously corrupt, but still managed to erect several services for the city. For example, they set up Pereyra School for Future Pilots, and Sparkhouse Stadium. They are also noted to be associated with corruption in the Hyperion Police Force. Mx. Pereyra's life goal was to find the Free Dome, legendary Martian Dome that was supposedly a safer, fairer city than Hyperion. With some light encouragement from Piranha, they blow off the final stretch of the mayoral election in pursuit of the Dome. After ignoring repeated warnings from descendants of the creator of the Dome, and putting Juno, Alessandra, and themselves through numerous trials, they reach the site of city only to find that it was go, either weathered away by sandstorms or just nonexistant to begin with. They were shot by Piranha in sand waste and left to death

Having been trained under Mag, Nureyev has proven himself to be a master thief in every way. He is incredibly cunning, able to quickly read room and plan his actions from there. He can also easily adapt his plans as things go awry. Most notably, he has the ability to disappear from sight, using whatever he has on hand or the general layout of room. Even after being arrest, Nureyev was able to escape police car after stripping officers down and handcuffing them together on the side of the road. Nureyev is also a skilled fighter, showing particular finesse with knives and daggers. Nureyev is quite competent at disguising himself, having gone through multiple personas and personalities for various jobs, to the point where even Juno questions if Nureyev he knows is the true Nureyev. He usually takes on names that hold royal or high-ranking connotation, such as Duke or Rex. Base on extensive research on his target, he can use what information he has to manipulate and charm his way to his goals, and many people find themselves enamor by him. After season three, he gain ability to be rude to Juno. Peter has proven that he can work quite well with others, most of all with Juno and recently also with Rita. Apparently, Buddy has been helping Peter and Juno to communicate about their feelings and relationship and it seems to have work. Rita mentions that he has been playing depressing instrument recently.

Trivia

Juno is terrify of heights, blood, and relationships. Juno collects bad art, is a decent cook, and a terrible gambler. Sophie has mentioned during Season 1 Q & that when naming characters they were inspired by Artemis Fowl, male presenting character who has the name of a female goddess. Kevin during Season 1 Q & said that Juno's depression is just something he was born with. This is usually not represented in the media, where depression is often tied to the origin story incident. His birthday is supposedly December 24. However, this is considered non-canon, due to the fact that the Martian calendar is inconsistent and does not line up with the Earth's calendar. Juno own wedding gown that he never get to use. By creator's own admission, he looks great in it. As stated by Penumbra Podcast's official Tumblr account, if Juno had cause to share a bunk bed with a gentleman friend, he would certainly choose bottom bunk. Also, his preferred mode of transport is submarine. He is not good at playing dominoes.

History

Juno is incredibly frustrated that the loss of his right eye has impaired his once exceptional black aim. His poor shooting has cost him few cases, and his dour mood is affecting those around him. He got a simple case from Maia King, high profile real estate lawyer. She is working on a case against Babbling Brook Realty for selling apartments with residents still in them. King says something weird is going on with her cat. Despite Juno's initial skepticism, he discovers that her cat has been switched with an outwardly identical one by a woman Juno dubs Piranha. He further uncovers that the replacement cat was altered by Dr. Munrovian to hide a bomb in its stomachBabbling Brook's attempt to remove Maia King from the case. Juno saves her in the nick of time, but Piranha escapes when Juno misses her with a stun shot. Juno received a mysterious message from Ramses o'flaherty, mayoral candidate who promised to reform Hyperion City, primarily by ending corruption in politics and HCPD. Ram knows that Juno seeks to do good in this world, and that he cannot do it without his ability to shoot. He offers Juno a cybernetic eye, THEIA Spectrum, in return for protecting him. Something about Ramses is familiar, but Juno can't quite place it. Juno has cybernetic eye instal but finds out that, according to Rita's research, ram must have changed identities about thirty years ago. Ramses deflect Juno's questioning and take Juno to Fortezza, prison where consulting criminals are keep. Ramses is due to give a speech that day and one of the prisoners, Proctor, has made an assassination threat against him. It is Juno's job to make sure Proctor does not achieve her goal. Juno thwarts Proctor with the help of Mick Mercury. With her dying breath, Proctor delivers a mysterious message for Juno to go to a place every child calls home. Once he relayed this to Ramses, he realized that she meant Polaris Park. Ram happened to be CEO of Northstar Entertainment, which runs and oversees the Park. Juno and Rita go to Polaris Park and meet Lorenzo Vega and Yasmin Swift. Lorenzo is an engineer who created Park's star attraction, rides called Andromeda and Dragon's Peak. Yasmin is in charge of security at the Park. Earlier that day, group of park engineers were fatally toasted by ride during inspection, despite the ride not using real fire. Yasmin, Rita, and Juno go into ride to inspect it. While walking through the stages of the ride, Juno figures out that Yasmin murder engineers. Eventually, he get confession out of her with Rita's help and records it on THEIA Spectrum. After a fight and chase, Juno corners Yasmin and inadvertently pushes her to her death. During their fight, Yasmin explains that she had been bribed to commit murder in order to pay for her child's healthcare.

Early Life

Ben spent the first four years of his life living in Halcyon with his mother, Sarah Steel, and his twin, Juno. According to an old co-worker of their mother's, Polaris Park engineer Lorenzo Vega, they were widely regarded as charming children. After his mother loses her job and gets bad, his family move to Oldtown, derelict area of Hyperion City. Benzaiten and Juno were both enormous fans of Northstar Entertainment's Andromeda franchise as children. Ben's favorite episode of New Adventures of Andromeda was Captain Cancer's Claws, which was the source of disagreement between him and his twin. As a child, Ben would play Draco to Juno's Andromeda. In third grade, Ben received the title of Galaxy's Best Smile from his classmates, something which irritated Juno because, as they were twins, they both had exactly the same one. In seventh grade, Ben wears weird contacts and styles his hair in an unspecified but apparently notable manner.

Personality

As a child, Benten always wanted things to be fair: for example, although he was generally too happy to start fight, he would fight back if provoke. While Juno was good at planning trouble, Ben was better at getting into trouble. He was charismatic, optimistic, and funny. Ben had a habit of turning things into jokes and would take smug delight when Juno had to admit he was wrong. Unlike Juno, he had a tendency to see the best in other people and what they could become. As a result, he couldn't view Sarah Steel as anything but a human being struggling with her own problems, whereas Juno could only see her as an abusive monster. It is implied that this was Ben's way of coping with his mother's abuse.

Abilities

Alessandra meets Juno during her investigations at Saffron Pharmaceuticals. Initially, they try to outsmart each other, but eventually start working together on case. Their teamwork is great and there seem to be mutual attraction. According to Juno, Alessandra is a good fighter as well as a good kisser. However, when it becomes apparent that she wants something serious, he realizes that there is somebody else who is still on his mind and declines. Alessandra is hurt but offers Juno the opportunity to get in touch if he is in trouble, which he eventually does During their next encounter in Juno Steel and Promised Land, it becomes apparent that they have very different ideas about life. Juno initially mocks Alessandra for her engagement and her belief in lasting relationships. She called him out about this, explaining that both life and relationships are something you have to work on every day and that giving up on them is easier than keeping going on. She does not take shit from Juno apparently. She is a former prisoner of war who was recently released from captivity in Outer Rim. According to Alessandra, she's not really nice but smart, tough, ambitious, very funny and pretty, which Alessandra likes about her. They unite after release, realize their feelings for each other, and become engage. Alessandra states that they have a history together. It is clear that she means a lot to Alessandra, who gets very defensive when Juno mocks her for getting engage.

History

Agent G takes place of another operative, Agent F, in the case of infamous weapons designer m'tendere in Juno Steel and Tools of Rust. Agent G informs m'tendere that Dark Matters has revoked protection they had agreed on and decided to kill them, as it has been decided that m'tendere is too dangerous to live. Agent G refers to m'tendere's ability to disable entire armies' worth of weapons as well as their own in-progress invention, 'Bottomless Battery, ' as examples of what makes them such a threat. Later, they announce to any potential inhabitants of Morpheus server farm that it has been taken over by Dark Matters. They boarded Carte Blanche ahead of Director W in Juno Steel and What lies Beyond. Sasha shortly shoots them and reports their execution due to incompetence.

Juno realizes that Jet is tailing him long before their first real encounter. He called him Jacket and said that he looked like someone I might want to buy me a drink or two, implying that he found him attractive. Jet saves Juno, when he is stranded in the Martian desert and takes him to Buddy Aurinko. Though he seems emotionally uninvolved, he cares a lot for Juno, helping him through the difficult process of removing THEIA Spectrum and crying when Juno returns to Hyperion City. Juno first mocked Jet for his advice, but after they parted he seemed to miss Jet's guidance.

Buddy Aurinko

Though Peter thinks of Buddy as a legend in crime, he seems to be her least favorite child, metaphorically speaking. While the two respect each other as thieves, Peter was very skeptical of her insistence that Carte Blanche's crew function as family when she first brought it up, as he has always worked best alone, and Buddy expressed that she worried that one day he'll be able to excise moral core that she bring him onto her crew for if he one day decide that he want to. Buddy seems to have a pretty good idea of who Peter is as a person, pointing out to him that his former crimes imply that having a heart embarrasses him. Buddy called him pete, nickname that, as far as know, only Mag ever used for Peter. Later, he tells Juno that everyone who's ever called me Peter has wanted to be my parent and this does seemed to bring up bad memories.

Early Life

Vicky found Vixen Valley with the help of Ingrid Lake, her lover at the time. The pair were involved in several burglaries, fencing of steal goods, and possibly other criminal activities, some of which Vicky later grew to regret. Knowing they would be separate if they get catch, they make suicide pact together, which they refer to as their home beyond stars. Ingrid eventually goes too far, killing an elderly woman during a solo burglary, which prompts Vicky to report her to authorities. Vicky moved on, eventually marrying and having a child. Her relationship with Ingrid was finally resolved during the events of Juno Steel and Midnight Fox &. Juno Steel found himself in a dark place after falling out, likely after the end of his engagement, and often visits Vixen Valley before running out of money and having to face Valles Vicky herself. According to Juno, he spent about 10 years paying off debt. Vicky apparently wrote work contract in invisible ink and asked for Juno's autograph, ploy he saw right through. He worked for her several times over years, usually against his better judgement.

History

Returning to the name Peter Ransom, his alias Brahma, Peter becomes a member of the Aurinko Crime Family. In Juno Steel and Man in Glass, his inner monologue reveals that Peter initially joined Buddy Aurinko's enterprise to settle huge debt that caught up with him. During his first mission for Family, where Juno and Peter impersonate newlyweds at a high society charity event, he realizes how Juno has changed and what Man means to him, as partner in Crime and Beyond. He even turned down a proposal by Nova Zolotovna which could have enabled him to settle his debts, due to his feelings for Juno. His relationship with the rest of the crew is troubled by the fact that they are aware that Ransom is an alias, but Peter refuses to tell them his real name. While Jet and Vespa seem highly suspicious, Buddy seems to have quite a good idea of who Peter is as a person. By End of Juno Steel and Juno Steel and Mega-Ultrabots of Cyberjustice Peter takes call on his comms from person reminding him of his liabilities and he promises them itmes and reclaims his role as elusive homme fatale.

Juno Steel

Nureyev's relationship with Juno Steel can only be described as complicated. He originally joined Juno Steel under the guise of Dark Matters Agent Rex Glass, using him as a way to get into Kanagawa mansion and retrieve the Mask of Grimpotheuthis for Miasma. Under this persona, Glass is openly flirtatious with Juno, much to the detective's chagrin. They realize that they work quite well together and Peter shows trust towards Juno several times, for example by letting him rummage through his pockets, when they are chained up. When Juno is injured and Nureyev is attending his wounds, Juno admits that he likes the scent of Nureyev's cologne. However, Juno eventually deduces that Nureyev is attempting to steal Mask and arrest him right after they share a kiss. Juno demands to know his real name, but Nureyev refuses, saying that he would just share this information with someone special. Nureyev offers Juno the opportunity to travel with him throughout the galaxy, but Juno refuses. Before Nureyev is picked up by cops, he hides a note for Juno in which he tells him his true name and classes himself as Juno's better half. Nureyev later runs into Juno as Valles Vicky's contact on Martian artifacts. No longer acting under persona, Nureyev is far less flirtatious than Glass, but still demonstrates his affection and trust for Juno in other ways. He took Juno with him to Engstrom's casino to attempt to find a way to break into the train that hold Egg of Puris, Utgard Express. Thinking he is being used by Nureyev as collateral, Juno is initially upset, but eventually enthral by their amazing team work. Two manage to retrieve Egg of Puris but are then intercepted by Miasma. Juno expresses concern about the fact that he barely knows who Nureyev is and, thus, does not know whether to trust him. After the two are forced to partake in Miasma's mindreading experiments, Nureyev encourages Juno to reach into his memories, hoping that Juno might trust him more that way. Juno manages to dig through Nureyev's memories of Mag and New Kinshasa and grows to trust Nureyev for who he is. Nureyev managed to take out guard and wanted to escape with Juno. When he finds that Juno is too injured to leave, he promises to come back for him, which he eventually does. Two later escape from Miasma, and Juno traps himself behind a door with the idea that Egg will kill both him and Miasma. Nureyev is distress, banging on the door and crying that Juno does not have to go through this alone. When the bomb goes off and Nureyev enters the room, he finds Juno alive and reacts in shock and relief. The two spend night together, with Nureyev extending his offer to go explore the stars yet again. However, he also stated that if Juno never wanted to see his face again, he would understand and accept it too.
