Two pairs of 36-32 size are only 30 inseamsthose are going back to levismore on that shortly; another pair has a 6 x 3 wide area of thread snags that appear about month after buying; and the third has twist cloth on the leg so jean legs twist slightly. I am guessing these are all related to production problems over seas and poor Quality Control issues. Today I made a call, after being tired of wasting my money at 35 / pair. I am sending back two pairs that are short in inseam by 1 1 / 2 compared to other pairs. I fully explained the situation to a very nice representative and she said she would send me a return form and that I should ship jeans back by mailat my expense. I asked if I would be reimbursed once the sizing issue was observed and was told No. I state that I shouldnt be paying for shipping for defective product and I ask for manager. The manager was also polite and once I started to get into it and requested contact address for the person above her, I was provided return shipping label for postage. I then ask why it was necessary to waste an additional ten minutes of my time to get what rightfully should have been provided to me in the first place. She stated that customer reps are not permitted to provide shipping, but she was at a supervisory level. What hell kind of logic is that? You sell defected products that never should have get through Quality Control inspections and they expect me to pay for shipping to get replacement. Dont sell defective items and shipping costs won after couple of minutes she stated she would provide return shipping label. Order 2 pairs of jeans, same style, same size, different colors. Jeans arrive with one pair darker than the picture. I want to exchange for lighter color. Conversation with Customer Service CS: me: Hi I ordered these jeans and the color is too dark. I want to exchange them for different color. CS: No problem. Just ship them back and they will credit you for return. Then go to LEVIS. Com and reorder. Me: OK. Will the price be the same?
