Mental health conditions are common in the United States. The goal of VA mental health care is to support recovery and allow Veterans who experience mental health problems to live meaningful lives in their communities and achieve their complete potential. Mental health is crucial at every stage of life, from youth and teenage years via the adult years and aging. Mental illness are major conditions which can affect your mood, thinking, and behavior. People with mental disorders can get better, and many of them recover completely. Your mental health is also essential since it can influence your physical health. Young people with poor mental health might deal with school and qualities, decision production, and their health. Mental health issue in young people usually go together with other health and behavior risks like increased risk of substance abuse, experiencing physical violence, and higher risk sex-related behaviors than can lead to HIV, STDs, and unintended maternity. Since many health behaviors and practices are established in teenage years that will rollover into adult years, it is very vital to help young people develop great mental health.
