The primary purpose of this research is to show the dependability and level of sensitivity of using human and mouse stem cells in a highthroughput screening standard developed to offer reputable and highly sensitive risk assessment information for chemicals that impact gamete production, embryonic endocrine advancement and endocrine signalling. It will identify developing and endocrine toxicity of select environmental agents using in vitro toxicity screening of human and mouse stem cells. The job will cause the quick analysis of chemicals for adverse results on the growth of gametes, adipocytes, and islet B-cells; and on the adipocyte and B-cell endocrine signaling function in murine and human embryonic stem cells.
